We prepare expert advice and analysis of survey reports (to include the full suite of RICS reporting formats) in order that you might assess causation in terms of negligent responsibilty.
We work closely with the legal profession in order to prepare reports within a reasonable time frame and delivered by an agreed date.
Andrew Ireland is certified by the RICS to undertake expert witness work having completed their highly regarded expert witness accreditation qualification.
Valuation
We are a specialist firm accredited by the RICS for valuation work.
We undertake work for mortgage purposes and deal with most of the well-known banks. This is a privileged position.
Matrimonial; valuation of this nature has to be dealt with both discretion and sensitivity. We have acted for a broad range of clients over many years.
Negligent Valuation; instructions have ranged from the analysis of frudulent mortgage application to simple inaccuracy of the standard valuation process.
Covenent & Easment (Boundry Disputes); this form of specialist valuation is a common instruction for the business.
Mediation
From 1st May Andrew Ireland will be a recognised mediator following RICS accreditation and will be offering a service to potential litigants.
