After admission to the RICS in 1992, Andrew joined Chesterton in Birmingham and saw commercial practice in the Valuation and Rating departments.

Moving to the residential sector in 1994, Andrew has managed a multidisciplinary based practice ever since.

In terms of geographical coverage, the firm covers the West Country, but in particular South Devon to include Plymouth and Torbay together with East Cornwall.
